The Preserve at Forrest Crossing is a townhome development situated on 17.95 acres of land and consists of 53 residential units, configured in 11 four unit buildings and 3 three unit buildings.

There are two different housing models. The Pendleton has 2,358 square feet of heated and air-conditioned space and a two stall garage of 375 square feet, totaling 2,733 sq feet.  The Mendenhall model has 2,738 square feet of heated and air-conditioned space and a garage of 374 square feet, totaling 3112 sq. feet.

Pulte Homes Tennessee L.P. received approval of plans from the City of Franklin on August 22, 2001.  

Residents of the Preserve are reminded to insure their homes as townhomes, not condominiums.  As owners of a townhouse, you are responsible for the maintenance of the exterior of your unit including its roof and exterior walls.  Therefore, you need to be covered by insurance against any loss due to fire, weather, and other potential disasters.
